Figueres, which is mainly known as the birthplace of the magnificent surrealistic painter Salvador Dalí, give us the opportunity to visit the Theatre/Museum Dalí as well as others, and enjoying an important monumental and architectural heritage.

Its exceptional location places Figueres in the crucial centre of Costa Brava and allows us to discover all the beautiful surrounding locations.

LA RAMBLA

It is the most emblematic promenade of the city, where you can find different architectural styles: Baroque, Neoclassical and Modernist.
We have to point out modernist buildings as Casa Cusí, Casa Puig-Soler or Casa Salleras; and for a neoclassical style such as Casa Bonaterra, Casa del Café Progrés and Casa Polideseia.
Amongst the most famous squares of Figueres should be noted Town Hall Square (Plaza del Ayuntamiento), Plaza del Gra or Plaza Doctor Ernest.
